Montgomery Theater has three spaces available for rentals. Dates are subject to availability and concurrent events are not permitted.

• 75 Seats or up to 95 for a cocktail party
• $100/hour, $400/day, $2,600/week
• Available for non-theatrical performances (ie live music), meetings or parties

• Available for Private or Invite-Only events
• 122 Seats
• $150/hour, $600/day, $3,900/week
• Available for non-theatrical performances, meetings and presentations.
• Included in a Main Stage rental is use of the lobby and the Box Office area. Renters must provide their own sound equipment.

• Fits up to 50 people seated or 70 for a cocktail party
• Daily for $250, weekly for $1600, and hourly for $75.
• Not wheelchair accessible
• Includes use of a small kitchen with a refrigerator and a small stove
